Ladies and Gentlemen please welcome my new bike

People it has finally come to this. All this training, all this hard work, all this sacrifice, countless hours spent running and cycling (indoor), more than 22 pounds lost and the road towards endurance is still at its very beginning - endurance was not built in one day!!

When I first started exercising 4 months ago, I had one thing in mind! Become fit in order to cycle... and by cycling I don't mean 1 or 2 hours of cycling every now and then; by cycling I certainly do not mean mountain bikes... By cycling I mean serious cycling. daily mountain climbs, daily rides (50 km+) and on Sundays we go for 5 or 6 straight hours! Covering great distances at a fast pace... We Like to call it Tour Du Liban!

So what do you think about my Cannondale Six13 3 (compact)??

Awal shi mabrouk! Tene shi I am REALLY happy you're getting fit! that's the best feeling (which am not familiar with), I started jogging, and my aim is to jog and sprint and be fit :D mabrouk for you and 3a2beleh :D

you sure do have some time on you and for that, I AM SO FREAKING JEALOUS. All I do is sit on the same goddamn chair and write, write, write, like there's no tomorrow. And, I am getting fatter by the hour!!! And, no I cannot even spare anytime because I have a deadline in a month and my supervisor is not h a p p y with me! oh yeah :)

wow. That felt great.

Well, yo go boy! Keep getting fitter and cannondale's a hottie ;)
